Now, mini implants, or a one-piece implant, are a one-procedure, one-step, same-day process, as opposed to the traditional approach, which involves multiple steps, multiple appointments, and surgery. The mini implants do not, or rarely, have any periodontal disease, so if you lost your teeth because of periodontal disease, then the minis would be better for you as opposed to traditional implants.
