How Long Does the Mini Dental Implant Procedure Take?

In this video, Dr. Rose Magno explains how much time mini dental implant treatment actually takes and what parts of the process require the most planning.

Okay, so most of the time is planning. I’m looking at the X-rays, measuring, sizing, and pre-planning everything, so most of that time is spent thinking and planning. The actual work to put the implant in is maybe less than 30 minutes, sometimes 15 minutes. It just depends. Also, there’s waiting time where I want to make sure that you’re nice and numb and comfortable before I continue with the procedure. So that waiting time is included, but the actual work is really quick.
